Liz also advises vulnerable clients who experience the full range of issues relating to family matters but as a result of their incapacity have their financial affairs managed by a deputy.
Liz also has an expertise in surrogacy and fertility law which allows her to fully support clients through their journeys to become a family. Liz is passionate about this rapidly evolving area of law in which it is imperative that legal requirements are understood and fully complied with to ensure that children born as a result of these procedures are legally the children of their intended parents and any issues which arise are sensitively resolved.
