Heather is an Associate in the Family & Matrimonial Team based in our Newcastle office. She has over 10 years' experience in Family Law and has practiced exclusively in Family Law since being admitted as a Solicitor.

Heather advises on all aspects of family law including separation, financial matters, children, domestic abuse, pre-nuptial and living together agreements.

Heather was involved in the reported case of W v H [2020] which was dubbed “probably the most important pension case of 2020”.

Heather is committed to achieving a suitable and fair outcome for her clients and in the most cost effective way possible. She is a member of Resolution, which is a body that looks to resolve family disputes in a non-confrontational and constructive way.

Heather prides herself as being friendly and approachable, making her clients feel at ease and well looked after. She has a passion for being there for her clients, at sometimes the most difficult times of their lives. Giving them the strength and confidence to move forward.
