Andrea is a Partner in the Family Law team.

Andrea has always specialised in Family Law. She has over 30 years’ experience representing clients in a full range of family law issues, including divorce and financial issues and cases in respect of children.  She represents a variety of professional and private clients during the emotive times of divorce and separation, when legal advice is at a premium. She takes a common sense approach and is known for her approachability, empathy and accessibility.

Andrea’s main focus is to work with a client rather than for them in order to achieve a solution which is best for them.  She is committed to achieving a fair settlement for her clients in a cost effective way.

Andrea is a member of Resolution, a body which seeks to resolve family disputes in a non-confrontational and constructive way. She is able to work with different processes that are available to try and resolve disputes outside of court proceedings where possible and appropriate.

Her work covers a broad spectrum of Family Law including complex financial settlements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes and children issues.

Andrea is regularly instructed by high net worth clients, often in the owner-managed business sector, where the assets can run into millions of pounds and where high quality advice is essential.  However, she also advises in more straightforward asset cases.

She is an accredited specialist in financial disputes between married and cohabiting couples.
