Aarti is a Director in our Corporate team, based in our Leeds office.

Ian is a Director in the Leeds Employment team and has over 16 years of specialising in Employment Law.

Damien Charlton

Damien is a highly experienced lawyer, who has been advising businesses on company and commercial matters for over 20 years. He is the Head of the Commercial Department and advises clients on a national basis.

Jonathan Dickson

Jonathan is a real estate lawyer who specialises in all aspects of non-contentious commercial real estate transactions and regularly advises in the investment, regeneration, development, utility, renewable energy and landlord/tenant, sectors.

Phil Edmondson

Phil is a Partner within our Business Group. He is commercial litigator and sports dispute resolution specialist with over 12 years’ experience. Alongside his reputation as a commercial litigator Phil has for many years been an industry recognised specialist in resolving disputes within professional sports.

Laura Gooddy

Laura is a partner in our real estate department. She acts for a wealth of commercial property clients including developers, investors, care home providers, funders and charities.

Chris Green

Chris is a Partner who specialises in regulatory compliance and investigations, bringing more than three decades of experience advising businesses on health, safety and environmental matters.

Helen Hill

Helen is a Partner in our Property Litigation team advising clients on commercial property disputes and the management of risk associated with the ownership and occupation of land and buildings.

Imogen Holland

Imogen is a Partner in the Corporate department at Ward Hadaway. She qualified in 2003 having trained at Ward Hadaway.

She advises on banking, funding and corporate matters and has provided advice to both lenders and borrowers in a range of areas including acquisition finance, development and project finance. Imogen also advises on corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals and private equity transactions.

Ian McCombie

Ian has been advising business clients, from sole traders to multi-national enterprises, in relation to commercial disputes for over 30 years.

Flora Mewies

Flora is a Partner in the Employment team. She is an immigration solicitor specialising in helping employers recruit from overseas and helping individuals with visa applications.

Owen Ormond

Owen is a partner in our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Team based in Leeds, having joined the firm in January 2024. He has over 15 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of non-contentious banking, restructuring and insolvency.

Lucinda Peters

Lucinda is a banking and real estate finance lawyer who undertakes legal due diligence on behalf of Banks and other lending institutions providing property investment and development finance facilities.

David Pridmore

David is a Partner in the Property team. David assists national and local clients with all kinds of property-related issues.

Nik Tunley

Nik has over 20 years of legal experience specialising in corporate mergers and acquisitions, providing bespoke advice to clients from local SMEs to large multinational organisations and is the Head of the Corporate team.

Nik specialises principally in mergers and acquisitions, and private company transactional matters. His M&A work is focused on advising UK-based SME companies and providing strategic support to the aspirational goals of the owners of those businesses when seeking to maximise value.

Nick is a commercial litigation specialist, highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, with significant experience and expertise in complex commercial contract disputes.

Kevin Weston

Kevin is Head of the Real Estate Team. He has over 30 years’ experience working within the Yorkshire region.

Mark Wilkinson

Mark is a partner in our Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Team. He has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with a broad range of insolvency issues to include contentious and non-contentious matters in the field of both personal and corporate insolvency.
