Dania is a Newly Qualified Solicitor advising clients in commercial and inheritance disputes. Dania has experience working with businesses, private individuals, charities and public sector organisations.
Dania has developed experience across a variety of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, insurance disputes, PFI-related litigation, judicial review proceedings and contentious probate claims.
She has developed particular experience in claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, as well as disputes concerning the validity of wills and the administration of estates.
