Ward Hadaway wins place on all four lots of the new Tees Valley Combined Authority Legal Panel

The Tees Valley Combined Authority is one of England’s oldest Mayoral Strategic Authorities and represents over 670,000 people living in Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees.

The Tees Valley legal panel has an estimated total value of £7-10m and is made up of four lots:

• Lot 1 – Corporate, Contracts and Commercial Law
• Lot 2 – Property, Planning and Construction
• Lot 3 – Utilities
• Lot 4 – Regulatory, Employment and Litigation

Ward Hadaway has been appointed to all four lots and can undertake instructions under the framework immediately.

Ward Hadaway has over 400 people based in the North East across its Tees Valley and Newcastle offices, following its merger with the Endeavour Partnership in July 2025.  The firm provides a full service to its clients, with Teesside-based teams providing advice on a range of services including employment, corporate finance, real estate, construction, insolvency and commercial disputes.
