Rachael has experience of both the public and private sector and the particular issues those individual clients face. Rachael has international clients and advises legal counsel in Europe on the intricacies of UK domestic law.
She is experienced in litigation, representing a range of clients from sole traders to large international companies in the Employment Tribunal, defending discrimination and unfair dismissal claims. Rachael has worked with Local Authorities defending equal pay litigation brought on behalf of multiple employees.
In addition to contentious work, she also has experience advising HR professionals on day to day employment issues, drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures and the drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements.
Rachael also supports on corporate transactions involving TUPE transfers, advising on the due diligence and consultation processes.
