  • Joanna provided outstanding legal support during a property acquisition that was essential to launching a groundbreaking housing provision in Birmingham. We had a unique opportunity to work with partners to deliver an innovative housing offering for young people in the City and faced an incredibly tight deadline to meet grant funding requirements.

What made Joanna exceptional was how she turned what could have been an overwhelming situation into a manageable process. She made herself available at every step and organised regular progress meetings with our project team, ensuring we always knew where we stood. Her technical expertise shone through in her ability to explain complex risk elements in the documentation in plain English, whilst also advising us on how to negotiate a fairer balance of risks between all parties.

Joanna's meticulous attention to detail, combined with her collaborative approach and clear communication, meant we not only met our deadline but felt confident throughout that we were making informed decisions. Her skill and support were invaluable in enabling us to achieve our important but challenging objective.
