Jessica brings a diverse range of expertise built on legal experience gained in a variety of countries.

After completing her degree in international legal studies at Newcastle University, Jessica enjoyed an exchange year at the University of Hong Kong. She went on to complete her LPC at the University of Law in Leeds, gaining a distinction.

Whilst in Hong Kong, Jessica participated in several voluntary classes, one focused on teaching migrant workers about their employment rights and how they could better protect themselves. In addition, Jessica was involved in a groundbreaking project with Amnesty International, examining the human rights abuses in Syria. This involved digitally verifying and documenting human rights abuse through social media.

During her studies, Jessica completed an 8-week summer internship at Froese Law in Toronto. Her time there was spent focusing on Intellectual Property in the fashion sector.

Jessica assists on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with a focus on corporate and transactional work. Her key practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, group reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements and commercial matters including terms and conditions of business and non-disclosure agreements.
