Abigail is a second-year Trainee Solicitor, based in our Newcastle office.
Abigail has assisted on various matters including divorce and civil partnership proceedings, financial matters following separation, children disputes, as well as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Previously, Abigail has sat in the real estate department, assisting on a broad range of commercial property matters with various members of the team. This involved drafting reports, leases and various land registry documents, as well as working on transfers, purchases, leases, surrenders and adverse possession.
