Rachael is an Associate in our Employment Team.
Rachael has experience of both the public and private sector and the particular issues those individual clients face.
She is experienced in litigation, representing a range of clients from sole traders to large international companies in the Employment Tribunal, defending discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
In addition to contentious work, she also has experience advising HR professionals on day to day employment issues, drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures and the drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements.
Rachael also supports on corporate transactions involving TUPE transfers, advising on the due diligence and consultation processes.
