Sam is an Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, having been with the firm since 2019. Sam assists clients with a wide range of commercial and corporate disputes, including complex breach of contract disputes, shareholder & director disputes, share purchase disputes, finance disputes, and trade mark disputes.

Sam has assisted both individuals and businesses at all stages of the dispute resolution process, ranging from pre-court action negotiations through to trial, and provides pragmatic and commercial solutions to resolve disputes.

With this goal in mind, Sam has also organised, prepared for and attended a number of successful mediations over the years.

No matter whether a dispute is resolved through the courts or by alternative dispute resolution, Sam ensures that the key issues in any dispute are identified and dealt with through meticulous preparation, astute strategy/tactics, and a persistent commercial focus.
