Sam was part of a team which achieved the successful settlement of multi-million pound PFI proceedings on behalf of an NHS Trust.
Sam has acted for employers and employees in respect of alleged breaches of employees’ restrictive covenants, including ex parte injunction applications before the courts and out-of-court settlements.
Sam has brought proceedings for unfair prejudice on behalf of a shareholder-director excluded from the management of their company.
Sam was part of a team who successfully quashed the decision of a local planning authority in High Court proceedings.
