Chloe provides support and advice to both employers and employees on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment-related issues, as well as aspects of immigration law.
Chloe has experience with Employment Tribunal claims and advising clients in respect of day to day employment related queries. In addition, she drafts contracts of employment and staff handbooks, and negotiates exit terms and settlement on behalf of businesses and individuals.
On the immigration side, Chloe assists businesses with obtaining sponsor licences and individuals with visa applications.
Chloe works with a wide range of clients across both the private and public sector from start-up limited companies to NHS organisations. She also has experience advising individuals.
