Katie is a solicitor in the Employment Team at Ward Hadaway.
Katie advises clients in both the public and private sectors from start up businesses through to large plcs, third sector organisations, NHS organisations and government departments.
She regularly advises employers on day to day employment issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance, family friendly rights, sickness absence, contracts, settlement agreements, restructuring, redundancy and TUPE. Katie is also experienced in handling employment tribunal claims.
She regularly presents at seminars on a variety of employment law topics and delivers training to clients on issues relevant to their organisation.
