Rachel is a Solicitor in our Employment team based in our Leeds office.
Rachel has over 12 years’ experience in employment law which includes:
- High Court, Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeals.
- Whistleblowing, race & disability discrimination cases.
- Employment based professional negligence claims.
- Use of e-disclosure tools to assist with large scale disclosure.
- Acting for employees in work related stress claims.
- Advising on legal remedies available in relation to a breach of a joint industrial relations agreement.
Rachel is also a qualified mediator.
