What you'll find

Learning and development

We know that helping to keep our people on top of their game is a fundamental and essential part of a successful professional services firm. We support the learning and development of our people by running training and developmental sessions firm-wide, departmentally, at unit or teams level, and individually. We also actively encourage you to identify and training that will help you develop.

As well as developing your technical skills, we will also take a more rounded approach to the development of our legal professionals providing development and training on ‘softer skills’ and equipping you with the tools needed at each stage of your career.

These will be delivered via individual coaching, group sessions, online resources, webinars and seminars.

We encourage a regular dialogue with your supervisor or mentor to help you with your ongoing development.

Package and benefits

In addition to offering a competitive salary, we reward our people with a whole range of benefits, some core and some flexible, designed to shape a reward package that’s right for you – now and in the future. Our core benefits include:

  • A pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 6%
  • 25 days holiday and once you’ve been with the firm for 4 years this increases to 26 days, with a further increase once you have 5 years’ service to 27 days and once you reach 10 years’ service holiday increases to 28 days. There is also the option to purchase up to 5 additional days. That’s on top of all the recognised public holidays in the UK.
