What you'll find

Learning and development

We know that keeping our people on top of their game is a fundamental and essential part of a successful professional services firm. So we support their learning and development by running training and developmental sessions firm-wide. This happens departmentally, at unit or teams level and individually. We also actively encourage our people to identify and attend the conferences and training required for their particular skills and sector specialisms.

As well as developing technical skills, we also take a more rounded approach to the development of our legal professionals. We provide development and training on ‘softer skills’ and equip everyone with the tools and processes to strengthen relationships, both internally and externally.

These are delivered via individual coaching, group sessions, online resources, webinars and seminars.

Your needs will be discussed with you during recruitment, and then regularly with your supervisor or mentor.
