Procurement Act 2023 – Go Live Date

The Government have announced that the intended 'Go Live' date for the new Procurement Act 2023 is the 28th October 2024.
To supplement this announcement, the Government has released the Transitional and Saving Arrangements Guidance to support contracting authorities in adjusting to the new legislation.
