Can I still make a Will during the Coronavirus pandemic?

The Coronavirus pandemic is a difficult time for everyone and understandably this may be focusing your mind on ensuring that your affairs and those of your family are in order.

We would like to reassure you that we are still able to assist you during this time, whether you are looking to make or update your Will or Lasting Powers of Attorney or if you need assistance with probate matters.

Instead of our usual face to face meetings, we are offering remote meetings via telephone or video conferencing to take instructions and provide advice.  Any documents requiring signature can be posted to you with full instructions for signing to ensure that the documents are valid.

Please contact any of our team via the details on this page with any questions you may have during these challenging times.

Please note that this briefing is designed to be informative, not advisory and represents our understanding of English law and practice as at the date indicated. We would always recommend that you should seek specific guidance on any particular legal issue.
