Sarah has gained significant litigation experience in her previous roles as a paralegal and trainee solicitor, as well as honing her advocacy skills by attending local possession and application hearings. Before joining Ward Hadaway Sarah developed her property knowledge by working in Real Estate in social housing at an international commercial law firm.
Sarah is a Solicitor in the Social Housing Litigation Team based in the Newcastle office. Sarah works closely with the team led by Simon Thirtle in the Leeds office and assists John Murray in Newcastle to develop our Social Housing Litigation team in the North East.
Sarah acts on behalf of social housing clients with work mainly focused on anti-social behaviour and housing disrepair. Sarah attends and conducts court hearings regularly and participates in external training for clients when requested. Sarah has close contact with her clients and is looking to expand her business network in order to help grow the Social Housing Litigation team in the North East.
