- Assisting with commercial due diligence in corporate transactions.
- Assisting on corporate governance matters including preparing and advising on shareholders’ agreements, company’s articles of association and board and shareholder issues.
Having joined the firm as a Trainee in 2023, Lucy is a Solicitor in the Commercial team and assists clients with a broad range of commercial matters.
Lucy works within a multi-disciplinary Commercial team, providing commercial law services to a wide range of clients from early-stage start-ups, to large international businesses.
