Danny has been at Ward Hadaway for over 8 years and has previously worked in our plots sales team acting for national and regional housebuilders disposing of new build homes.
More recently Danny has moved into our land acquisitions and development team where he acts for residential and commercial developers on residential, commercial and mixed use development projects.
Importantly given his background in plots sales, Danny has an excellent understanding of the transition from land acquisition through estate set up, infrastructure & estate management issues, Government backed equity loan schemes, to plots sales (including affordable and bulk sales), and he plays an important role working very closely with our clients in managing these legal and technical requirements to ensure the platform needed for delivery of sales.
