Procurement in a Nutshell – New procurement thresholds

On 31 October 2019, the European Commission published revised procurement thresholds in the OJEU. These thresholds will be applicable from 1 January 2020.
The EU public procurement regimes will only apply to contracts with a value (before VAT) that equals or exceeds the thresholds.

The threshold value of social and other specific service will be £884,720.
