Ward Hadaway advises on international staffing company sale

LAW firm Ward Hadaway has advised on the UK aspects of the sale of an international staffing specialist.
Corporate lawyers from the Manchester office of Ward Hadaway provided legal advice to management on the acquisition of the emagine business division from GFT Group for an undisclosed sum.
Corporate Partner Melanie Yeomans led the firm’s team.
The emagine division has operations in Germany, France and the UK and specialises in the staffing of technology projects with highly skilled experts in the field of IT, engineering and business consulting.
It has approximately 130 staff and in 2014 generated revenue of 86.1m Euro with pre-tax profits of 1.66m Euro.
Management (led by Jean François Bodin) and the French financial investor MBO Partenaires are shareholders in the acquisition vehicle, Financière Valérien SAS (which was renamed into emagine Group).
