The government has committed to unlocking 1.5m new homes by the next election and has recently made a series of significant changes to the subsidy control regime in recent months to support this objective, including announcing the new Housing Streamlined Route enabling awards of up to £75m for this purpose.
In this webinar, Alexander Rose will set out how public authorities and businesses seeking public funding for house building projects can manage subsidy control effectively and with the minimum of fuss.
