Acting for Insolvency Practitioners in connection with both personal and corporate cases including investigations into the reasons for failure and where appropriate pursuing claims through the Courts which has often led to dividends being paid to creditors.
He developed a particular expertise in acting in Deceased Persons Insolvency cases having acted in the leading case of Gavin Palmer Deceased and other reported cases. He advises both the Executors of the Estate about the most effective method of administering the insolvent Estate and also the Trustees of the Estate in cases where they have been appointed.
