Lauren is a Solicitor in our Employment Team, based in our Leeds office.
Lauren provides employment law advice to both individuals and employers.
Lauren has extensive experience in Employment Tribunal litigation, acting for both Respondents and Claimants in the defending and pursuing of claims in the Employment Tribunal. Lauren also has experience of the Employment Appeal Tribunal process. Lauren has extensive experience in handling claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
Lauren advises employers on employment law issues including providing advice on disciplinaries, grievances and the drafting of settlement agreements. Lauren also advises individuals on settlement agreements.
