- Defending housing disrepair claims brought against social housing providers and local authorities, and advising on repair and maintenance obligations.
- Injunctions, including to permit landlords access to a property, enforce tenants’ compliance with tenancy agreements, and prevent anti-social behaviour.
- Bringing possession proceedings and enforcing possession orders.
- Advising on all aspects of housing management, including anti-social behaviour, rent arrears, trespass, and the obligations of social housing providers.
