Anna’s experience includes:

• Attending trials and hearings at court in respect of possession claims against tenants. These claims can range from trespass cases, to anti-social behaviour, to breach of tenancy.
• Drafting the key documents in a possession claim including the particulars of claim, claim form, and witness statements.
• Drafting the key documents in disrepair claims brought against our clients such as instructions to counsel, defences, and allocation submissions.
• Drafting the key documents involved in injunction applications against tenants, such as the injunction application and draft injunction order.
• General case management including diarising and adhering to key deadlines such as deadlines for disclosure, and liaising with the client and third parties in this respect.
• Drafting liability reports where disrepair claims are brought against us by tenants so we can advise the client on potential liability.
