Amy is a solicitor in our Employment team, joining the firm in 2023 after qualifying as a solicitor in 2022.

Amy provides advice on all aspects of employment law. She undertakes a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including advising on policies and procedures, grievance and disciplinary issues, and dealing with contract queries, as well as defending Employment Tribunal claims and negotiating settlement agreements.


In her role, Amy undertakes a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. These include:

  • Defending Employment Tribunal claims including claims involving unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, disability discrimination, and whistleblowing
  • Negotiating settlement of claims and preparing of COT3s
  • Advising on settlement agreements and exit strategies
  • Managing disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and other internal processes
  • Assisting with internal investigations relating to allegations of misconduct
