New recruit for award-winning team

THE specialist public sector property team at law firm Ward Hadaway has been further strengthened with the recruitment of experienced lawyer Saji Bratch.
Saji (pictured) joins the UK Top 100 firm as an Associate after spending more than a decade specialising in advising on property issues for a variety of public sector organisations.
She has extensive experience providing legal advice on a wide range of property transactions including the acquisition, disposal and management of sites and portfolios and development work.
Saji has advised on a series of Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public/Private Partnership (PPP) projects across the country including regeneration agency PPP schemes; PFI schemes for local authorities, hospitals, waste and Police Authorities as well as school building schemes.
She has also worked for various NHS Trusts and Local Authorities in the development of new health and community service centres and hospitals including leading on LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) projects.
Commenting on her appointment at Ward Hadaway, Saji said: “I am very pleased to be joining Ward Hadaway.

Saji’s appointment comes shortly after Ward Hadaway was named as by an industry magazine as the country’s top law firm when it comes to dealing with PFI projects.
The firm, which operates nationwide with principal offices in Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester, was named PFI Law Firm of the Year in England by respected publication Corporate International.
