Please join us for our seminar, Beyond Graduation: Navigating the Global Talent Visa, on Thursday 28th August, in partnership with The Pathfinders and No5 Barristers' Chambers.
There is a general lack of awareness and understanding surrounding the Global Talent Visa, particularly who is eligible to apply for it and the supporting evidence required. During this event, we will provide you with in-depth insight into the visa option, so that you are equipped with the knowledge needed to identify and obtain the relevant achievements and supporting evidence to make a successful Global Talent Visa application.
This event is aimed at international students and graduates to assist them to start planning their Global Talent visa application early.
Event programme:
- Overview of the Global Talent Visa categories, the endorsement process and its requirements. Sabina Kauser, Partner at Ward Hadaway
- A panel discussion between Global Talent Visa holders, covering the Global Talent Visa experience. Hosted by Sabina Kauser, Partner at Ward Hadaway
- The challenging refusal of endorsement and the visa administrative review. Sanjay Toora, Barrister at No.5 Barristers’ Chambers
- A panel discussion between West Midlands academics and business leaders, regarding retaining talent in Birmingham. Hosted by Kritesh Bisht, Director of The Pathfinder Organisation

We hope to see you there.
Please note that this event is designed to be informative, not advisory and represents our understanding of English law and practice as at the date indicated. We would always recommend that you should seek specific guidance on any particular legal issue.
