We are certified to ISO 9001, an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. Achieving ISO 9001 certification demonstrates a commitment to quality across everything we do through principles that ensure we deliver high-quality services every time.

 

ISO 27001 – securing your data

We are certified to ISO 27001, an internationally recognised standard for information security management. Achieving certification to ISO 270001 demonstrates a commitment to information security best practices by providing a framework for us to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve an ISMS (information security management system).

 

ISO 14001 – reducing our environmental impact and improving sustainable practices

ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system.  It helps us to improve our environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste.  Ward Hadaway has secured this certification across all three offices.

Ward Hadaway has been accredited as an ‘Investor in People’ since 1998. The IiP Standard is the UK’s leading accreditation for high performance in business through people management excellence. It defines what is takes to lead, support, motivate and manage people well to enhance business performance. The firm was delighted to receive the IiP Gold award for all offices in 2022 which puts it in the top rank for businesses in the UK.  We continue to utilise the IiP framework and assessment as part of our approach to continuous improvement.

The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is a recognised quality standard for measuring the competency of law firms providing residential conveyancing services. We are certified to CQS which demonstrates that we are a trusted resource for residential conveyancing advice and services of the level expected by The Law Society, lenders and the wider residential conveyancing community.

 

Cyber Essentials Plus – securing your data

Cyber Essentials Plus is a UK government backed and industry supported certification scheme that verifies an organisation has implemented specified technical controls to protect against common cyber attacks. We are certified to the Cyber Essentials Plus scheme which demonstrates further commitment by the firm to ensure that client information and data are kept secure.
