This year's North West Fastest 50 Awards were a great success and it was fantastic to see so many of you attend the ceremony.

    Andrew is a partner in the housing team.     Sean is a Corporate Partner with more than 30 years’ experience advising on a wide range of deals. He provides legal advice to clients undertaking transactions including sales, acquisitions, mergers, investments and private equity deals.

  • Caroline Shafar

    Caroline has over 20 years’ experience of acting primarily for employers in both the private and public sector.

    Caroline’s expertise is in supporting Boards and HR teams with strategy, difficult employees, challenging situations, investigations and complex and high value litigation in the Employment Tribunal, Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal. Her focus is on finding alternative and creative solutions for her clients to avoid unnecessary and costly disputes.

    Charlotte is a legal director specialising exclusively in employment law. Charlotte has over 12 years’ experience of acting predominantly for employers within the private sector, with particular experience in the manufacturing, leisure & hospitality, tech, storage and care sectors.

    Danny has been at Ward Hadaway for over 8 years and has previously worked in our plots sales team acting for national and regional housebuilders disposing of new build homes.

    More recently Danny has moved into our land acquisitions and development team where he acts for residential and commercial developers on residential, commercial and mixed use development projects.

    Hollie is a Solicitor working in the Corporate team.

    Hollie regularly acts on a range of corporate matters (including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investments, company re-organisations, restructuring and refinancing) for companies, management teams, investors and shareholders across a broad spectrum of industry sectors.

    Fameeda is an experienced regulatory lawyer with particular expertise in professional discipline and court of protection matters.

    Fameeda has extensive experience in advising regulatory bodies and those who are regulated, particularly within the healthcare and social care sector. She regularly advises NHS clients in relation to court of protection and medical treatment matters.

    Rachel is a Partner in the Matrimonial team and based in our Manchester Office. Rachel has over 10 years’ experience working in family law and has practised exclusively in family law since being admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

    Rachel’s caseload is diverse. She specialises in all areas of family law, ranging from drafting pre-nuptial, post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements to divorce and finances.

    Kathryn is a solicitor in the Social Housing Litigation Team

    Kathryn acts on behalf of social housing clients in matters of anti-social behaviour, possession, disrepair and general housing management. Kathryn advocates on many of her own hearings when so required. Kathryn is helping Melanie develop the Manchester office and team.
