Sara is a Solicitor in our Private Client team with experience advising clients in connection with Wills, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Preparing an Registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Sara advises on all aspects of Private Client law with particular experience in the following:
- Advising on preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and attending to registration with the Office of the Public Guardian
- Advising on and preparing Wills including those to incorporate a Life Interest Trust
- Dealing with Estate administration including obtaining the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
- Advising on estate planning
