Paul is a partner in the Corporate team with over 15 years' experience in advising companies, founders and entrepreneurs on all aspects of corporate finance work with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity backed technology businesses.
Paul deals with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, exits and returns of value, as well as venture and private equity fundraisings, with Paul acting for many clients on their journey from initial seed/venture capital funding rounds to eventual exit.
