Olivia is an Associate in our Corporate team and is based in Leeds.
Olivia has experience in all areas of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions (share and asset), private equity transactions, corporate re-organisation and reconstruction, company formation and administration, takeovers, listings and general company compliance matters. Olivia advises a wide range of clients from SMEs to public companies and founder shareholders and management teams.
Experience
Recent transactions that Olivia has worked on include:
- acting for the senior management team of Paralloy & FVC on its acquisition by Nimbus hands on-investors from the Doncasters Group
- acting for finnCap as nominated adviser to DX (Group) plc on a fundraising, loan note cancellation and redemption and Takeover Code Rule 9 waiver
- acting for Communisis on its £154m recommended takeover by US-acquirer OSC Group
