Maali is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate team, based in our Teesside office.
Maali is currently in her third seat where she advises companies, directors, shareholders and investors on corporate matters, including high value sales and acquisitions, reorganisations, restructuring, as well as reviewing commercial contracts.
Prior to commencing her Training Contract, Maali worked as a paralegal at the Newcastle branch of an international law firm as part of the Healthcare, Public and Commercial law team where she gained exposure to advising public bodies on disclosure requests and handling data breach claims alongside assisting with the Covid Inquiry.
