Laurence is a second year Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate team, based in our Manchester office.
In his previous seat in the Housing department, Laurence assisted the team by drafting a variety of HMLR documents, liaising with clients and counterparties, being a general aid on time pressured deadlines, performing research tasks and supporting the team with any other required tasks.
Prior to that, Laurence sat in the Real Estate team, gaining experience in reviewing leases and identifying transaction critical issues, drafting HMLR documents, preparing first registration applications, performing research tasks as well as a wide range of other tasks.
Laurence is also a part of the LinkedIn Committee which assists Ward Hadaway‘s emerging talent with generating LinkedIn content. He has also recently assumed a position of supporting an early years support charity selected by the Manchester office.
