Ella has recently qualified as a Solicitor in our Housing Development team, following completion of her training contract at Ward Hadaway.
Ella acts for a number of national and regional housebuilder in connection with site acquisitions and disposals, as well as ancillary transactions and disposals to Registered Providers.
Ella specifically assists with:
- Site acquisition including due diligence and implementing development agreements, including option, promotion and hybrid agreement
- Disposals of land to Registered Providers
- Implementing infrastructure agreements
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Liaising with HM Land Registry
- Undertaking site visits
