- Assisting a large North-East based franchisee with a Group refinancing within the fast food industry.
- Assisting a health and wellbeing Group with the release of existing security and refinance of an existing term facility.
- Advising a non-institutional lender in relation to a property-backed bridging loan to a local Teesside company.
Daniel is a Solicitor in the Corporate team with a focus on Banking and Finance and has experience with both domestic and international financing, based in our Teesside office.
Daniel acts on behalf of borrowers and lenders in both bilateral and syndicated transactions, drafting and advising on the facilities, transaction structure and related security.
