Ben is an experienced manager with almost 20 years covering collections and arrears across both the legal and financial services industries working under SRA and FCA regulations. He is also skilled in designing and building case management flows and maintenance.
Ben and the team deal with bulk and individual instructions across unsecured and secured debts. Recovery work spans consumer debts, local authority and business-to-business debts across a range of industries.
