- Advising office holders in respect of antecedent transactions, misfeasance claims, void dispositions and trust and tracing claims
- Dealing with the formal appointment of administrators, receivers and liquidators
- Advising directors on their duties in distressed/insolvency situations
- Advising creditors in connection with their rights pre and post insolvency
- Assisting directors with applications under section 216 of the Insolvency Act to reuse a prohibited company name
- Dealing with applications for possession and sale of properties on behalf of trustees in bankruptcy
