When I joined Ward Hadaway I was a little disillusioned with the profession I had always loved – I felt like a square peg in a round hole. Here I was encouraged to "play to my strengths". I was allowed to utilise my strong and loyal networks, I was mentored in law firm management and I was supported in all of my ambitions for the team, the office and the firm as a whole. I didn't think my career would ever take off like it has and I love every second. Every day is different but to work in a firm with people who share my values is an incredible feeling. We tackle challenges together and celebrate every success with pride. I love it here!

I qualified more years ago than I care to remember, have had a fascinating journey in the law, working in a number of different environments, but never have I worked at a firm that is so warm, friendly, caring and considerate. Joining Ward Hadaway has been an outstandingly good decision for me: it truly is a great place to work, with great people, and great opportunities for all.
