- Assisting commercial lending institutions with their real estate finance instructions, including preparing reports on title.
- Advising a property investor in its refinancing of a major UK lending society.
- Advising a development and investment company on the purchase of a factory to facilitate their adjoining development.
- Acting for clients in landlord and tenant matters by way of advising them in the management of their property portfolios, including the negotiation of all leasehold management documentation such as licences for alteration, licences to underlet, renewal leases and rent deposit deeds.
