About emails from Ward Hadaway

The emails we send will often contain protected information which is “confidential” and/or “privileged”.

The information is often sensitive and always private in that it’s only to be shared with a very few people.

If you’re a client you can lose protection by sending the email to people who don’t need to know about it.

If you do get an email from us by mistake, please let us know straight away and delete all copies. We won’t accept any responsibility for anything you do or don’t do in reliance on any legal advice contained in an email that wasn’t intended for you.

Email over the internet is insecure. If you email us, we’ll assume you accept that insecurity and agree that we can communicate with you by email.

We can use encryption so if you’re a client, counsel or an expert please let us know if you’d like us to use encryption in our email communications with you.

We also virus check our emails before they’re sent, but please make sure you do so as well.
