  • advising a health sector client in connection with installation of roof mounted PV infrastructure across available property estate;
  • advising a social housing provider in connection with joint venture arrangements with a national utility to jointly develop rooftop solar assets;
  • advising developers in connection with several sub-5MW solar parks, including site assembly, grid connections and project finance structuring;
  • advising a health sector client in connection with installation of roof mounted PV infrastructure across available property estate;
  • conducting diligence reviews of a constructed solar farm on behalf of potential investors;
  • advising solar park developers in connection with grid connection arrangements;
  • advising developers in connection with fundraising and project structuring matters for rooftop solar business;
  • advising project developers in connection with 3.5MW ground mounted solar facility in East Yorkshire.  Advice included grid support, scheme design, procurement and PPA arrangements;
  • advising a developer of energy projects in connection with the development of a solar energy park in Cyprus;
  • advising numerous installers and developers of domestic solar PV in relation to small scale funding options;
  • advising a solar PV manufacturer on the pre-IPO reorganisation, demerger and subsequent IPO of the Company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange;
  • advising a multinational supermarket chain in connection with joint venture project with major UK utility to install 8MW of roof mounted PV across a portfolio of 200 UK stores;
  • providing structural advice to project sponsors in respect of debt and equity issues arising out of the UK’s first major solar fundraising for up to 38,000 panels;
  • advising a national waterways authority in respect of property and planning aspects arising out of several ground mounted solar projects, with a total installed capacity of 1MW;
  • advising several UK public authorities in connection with large scale solar installation projects arising out of “Green Deal” partnering and retrofit measures;
  • advising the project sponsors in connection with all aspects of projects to develop 7MW ground mounted solar assets in south west England (Cornwall and Devon), including development of debt and equity funding models, site acquisition, planning, and installation and maintenance arrangements;
  • representing a leading UK PV manufacturer in relation to all aspects of their operations, including JV arrangements with several small scale PV developers;
  • advising a range of installers and smaller project developers in connection with roof mounted PV projects, including site acquisition, funding and installation;
  • advising a number of debt funders in connection with a number of smaller (<500 KW) PV installations, including reviewing lease arrangements and installation/O&M packages.
