Webinar: In House Lawyer series – Legal professional privilege & Dispute resolution clauses

Following on from the eminent Professor McKendrick’s series on the latest case law, we continue our in-house lawyer programme with two more lunchtime webinars this June on the topics of privilege and dispute resolution clauses.

There will be two session in this series held online using the Zoom platform. These topics are vitally important to all In house lawyers who will be concerned with protecting the confidentiality of written and oral communications between lawyers and clients ensuring the communications are not disclosed to third parties or the court. In house lawyers also need to be able to advise colleagues on what privilege is, so that it is not inadvertently waived.

Please register for both sessions using the form at the bottom of the page.
