New Section 8 Notice Seeking Possession

The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 are now in force.

What do the regulations do?
The Regulations prescribe various forms relating to assured tenancies and this most recent update introduces an amended Notice Seeking Possession pursuant to section 8 of the Housing Act 1988.

The amended notice complies with the requirements of section 97 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, which deals particularly with circumstances where you might seek to rely on the new mandatory ground 7A.
