Kathryn has experience advising both institutional lenders and corporate borrowers on all aspects of relationship banking and strategic financing arrangements, whether secured or unsecured, and covering senior, mezzanine, second lien and subordinated lending, and including offshore structures, asset based lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, debt sales and inter-creditor arrangements, and also advising corporate groups and associated companies on intra group/inter company funding structures and shareholder injections of debt (rather than equity) and private placements.
